General questions
What is the delivery time of my online order?
All products we have in stock (STOCK) are picked and shipped within 24 hours during business days. After the shipment leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking code that allows you to follow the shipment. Because international freight traffic is affected by multiple factors, we recommend you keep monitoring the tracking code so you know exactly what to expect.
The articles we develop or order together with you (NON-STOCK) we deliver after consultation. After receiving your order, we try to send you the expected delivery time as soon as possible.
Can I pick up my ordered products at Krott Trophy Produtcs?
Yes, while placing an order you can choose whether you want your order to be shipped and come to pick it up. When picking up, you can make this choice of day and time slot. Should your order be delayed for any reason we will notify you. Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 13:00 to 17:00.
What is the delivery time of my order?
We aim to ship orders placed before 2 p.m. the same day. This is with the exception of personalization and orders during the busy period, then this is by mutual agreement.
What are the shipping costs for my order?
All our products do not include shipping to the delivery address. The shipping cost depends on the quantity shipped.
Do I need to create an account to order?
Yes, creating an account is a mandatory step when ordering through the webshop. If you do not have an account it is not possible to order through our webshop.
I don't see any prices, how is that possible?
If you are not logged in yet you will not see prices on our website, you can see this by going to your account after logging in. If this is not the case we advise you to contact us.
Can I pay on account at KTP?
Yes, with us it is possible to pay by bill, it is also possible to pay with iDeal or Bancontact.

I lost my login information, what should I do?
Check your information again, is everything entered correctly? Does the password check match? Is the email address correct? If it does not work after these steps please contact us, we are happy to help you.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Don't worry, this happens to even the best of us. Go to forgotten password and reset your password.
